THE JOB: As a Corporate Security Services Officer, you'll be part of a highly trained team dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment at our corporate offices. Acting as a visible presence and first line of response, you'll play a critical role in addressing security concerns, responding to emergencies, and supporting life safety efforts. This position requires specialized training, strong situational awareness, and physical readiness. THE STARTING RATE: $20.00 / Per Hour THE DAY-TO-DAY: * Provide excellent service to guests and employees; help resolve any complaints or issues * Watch over alarm systems and surveillance cameras * Patrol and monitor all areas of the property, including the outside, using a bicycle or company vehicle * Secure emergency scenes to prevent more damage or harm, alert others to danger, call emergency responders, and lead evacuations if needed * Write reports about daily activities and any unusual events, such as damage, theft, or accidents * Use phones or two-way radios to send and receive messages, including emergency calls * Attend and pass all required training, including legal, defensive tactics, first aid, and CPR/AED * Stay skilled in using all assigned equipment THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: * Must be 21 years of age or older * One (1) year of previous guest services experience, preferably in a similar resort setting * Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred * Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders * Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays THE PERKS & BENEFITS: * Free meals in our employee dining room * Free parking on and off-shift at all MGM Resorts properties * Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees) * Professional and personal development opportunities through employee programs and network groups * Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally * Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts JOB DESCRIPTION: Are you ready to JOIN THE SHOW?
