**Description:** You will be the Multi/-Functional Manufacturing Manager for the Ocala Operations team/. Our team is responsible for building circuit cards, wiring harnesses, and electro/-assemblies, providing products to six Missiles and Fire Control sites/. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Multi/-Functional Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of operators, customers, and site cross/-functional management in a represented /(union/) workforce environment/. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed/.
