With deep expertise in financing and sustainable design, they deliver community-focused living across multiple states.Job DescriptionThe Project/Development Manager with an architectural focus oversees project planning, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure smooth, on-time delivery. They collaborate closely with design teams to maintain architectural integrity, manage compliance with building codes, and coordinate construction processes. Their role includes risk management, quality control, and keeping all stakeholders aligned without involvement in deal sourcing.
