Miel is hiring a bartender for its classical leaning bar program. Like the food menu the bar focuses on seasonality with a constantly changing menu. Onsite garden has the herbs, fruit + flowers.The bar at Miel is full of neighborhood regulars, solo diners and savvy folks arriving early for their reservation for a pre-dinner cocktail. Classic skills needed as well as a strong grasp of serving.Pooled tips ensure the whole team always makes good money and supports the teamwork needed to provide the best guest experience. The team is professional and relaxed, no drama. Everyone is super passionate about + proud of the work they do.
