Senior Signal Integrity, Power Integrity & 3DIC EngineerPsiQuantum is seeking a senior Signal/Power Integrity & 3D-IC packaging engineer to play a key role in the definition, design and validation of state-of-the-art 3D opto-electronic assemblies.Responsibilities:Lead design work in Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), and 3D package design.Develop simulation and analysis techniques for accurate and reliable design results.Create analysis and validation methods to ensure smooth and error-free design signoffs.Participate in design reviews and provide risk assessments at each project stage.Help shape packaging technology roadmaps with insights and solutions that support PsiQuantum’s product goals.Collaborate with teams across electrical, optical, packaging, thermal, and mechanical domains, and work with vendors to solve integration issues.Write clear documentation for SI/PI requirements, simulation results, and design guidelines.Experience/Qualifications:M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.5+ years of experience in Signal/Power Integrity and packaging design.Hands-on experience with lab validation techniques for SI/PI.Skilled in at least one of these tools: Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS.Familiar with Cadence Virtuoso Design Flow.Deep understanding of semiconductor packaging (2D, 2.5D, and 3D).Experience working with substrate vendors, OSATs, EDA, and test partners.Equal Opportunity Notice: PsiQuantum provides equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees.
