Construction Project & Estimator Specialist

Job DescriptionAn established construction firm is looking for aConstruction Project & Estimator Specialistto join its team. This role is focused on backend project management support, including accurate pricing, proposal leveling, and scheduling. The position requires a strong eye for detail, solid estimating skills, and the ability to keep multiple projects organized and on track.Responsibilities:Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and subcontractor pricing.Review and level proposals from vendors and subcontractors for accuracy and competitiveness.Assist with setting up job schedules and tracking project progress.Support backend project management tasks such as reporting, documentation, and administrative coordination.Ensure all estimates and proposals align with project requirements and company standards.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to collect data for pricing and scheduling.Maintain well-organized records of estimates, proposals, and project schedules.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:3–5 years of experiencein construction estimating, project coordination, or a related role.Strong knowledge of construction pricing, cost analysis, and proposal evaluation.Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project management tools is a plus.Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
