Requisition #: 607673Location: Washington, DC, US, 20004Description:Job DescriptionThe Catering Manager at Capital One Arena oversees the planning and execution of all catered events, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction. This role manages catering operations, coordinates with culinary and service teams, and maintains compliance with Aramark standards and safety PENSATION: The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. For jobs in San Francisco, this includes the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain effective client and customer rapportAssist clients in planning special events and providing creative solutions to clients’ needsDeliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out eventsDevelop and complete catering solutions to meet customers’ needsFacilitate the delivery of prepared food and set up of events crafted from banquet event ordersExecution of catering events of varied size and scope including staffing and managementRecruit, schedule, train and lead catering employees to ensure catering and event standards are followed, ensuring quality in final presentationProvide completed Banquet Event Orders to team to maintain quality assurance and ensure all requests are met prior to eventDeliver food and labor targetsEnsure accurate reporting of all catering related revenue, expenses, and receivablesEnsure compliance with all food, occupational, and environmental safety policiesAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done makes a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
