If you’re ready to grow your career, lead with purpose, and bring your ideas to life, we’d love to meet you.What you/'ll be doing day to dayAs a Retail Department Manager – Kitchens, you will:Deliver an exceptional customer experience, creating an inspiring shopping journey that builds satisfaction and loyalty.Drive sales growth and profitability by achieving department goals and supporting overall store operations.Identify and act on retail management opportunities, from managing overstock and out-of-stock items to responding to customer feedback.Lead the hiring, onboarding, training, and development of your team, building strong leadership skills across the department.Partner with colleagues in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Logistics, and other retail functions to maximize performance in the kitchen department.Ensure your team has deep knowledge of our product range and services, enabling them to give customers the best advice for their homes.Monitor market trends and adapt quickly to meet evolving customer needs.Contribute to a workplace where the IKEA culture, diversity, and values are lived every day.Together as a TeamWe are the ones meeting our customers – in our stores, online, in our catalogue and beyond.
