Candidates must reside within commuting distance of our downtown Denver office.The salary range for this position is between $137,000 - $168,000, dependent on experience level. Primary ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy robust, scalable full‑stack web applications using Node.js, React, Angular, Postgres, and AWS.Deep understanding of complex systems. Optimize for performance, resilience, observability, testability, and more.Develop complex, high‑quality features. Mentor teammates to improve software development practices.Design complex, large‑scale systems with scalability and fault tolerance in mind.Write, debug, and maintain automated tests; advocate for testing strategy.Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure tegrate and optimize AI tools into the development process, establish best practices and mentor others on AI municate effectively with technical and non‑technical audiences.Mentor and guide engineering teammates; facilitate discussions; exhibit empathy, openness, and adaptability.Bridge gaps between teams, drive cross‑team initiatives, resolve complex dependencies.Lead interview sessions; create documentation to help new hires ramp up.Actively mentor and guide Engineering teammates.
