You will be the functional and technical backbone of our Warehouse Management Systems team, designing and implementing WMS solutions across a major logistics network to maximize customer value.Why You’ll Love This RoleYou’ll work with a collaborative, innovative team focused on continuous improvementOpportunities to grow, lead, and make an impactSalary Range: $123,000 - $135,000 per yearSchedule: Flexible schedule with visibility to all locations you supportYour Mission: Design, Deliver, Drive ValueLead the design, optimization, and implementation of WMS solutions, configuring systems (Blue Yonder, Korber, Manhattan, etc.) for optimal performanceAct as functional liaison between customers, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and 3rd party consultants to ensure timely deliverySolve complex problems by analyzing non-standard business needs, determining integration complexity, architecture constraints, and product roadmapsDesign and implement integrated solutions with TES teams, leveraging middleware, WCS, Automation, and small parcel conceptsGuide system integration, UAT, and deployment phases; provide Level 3 architectural support and lead upgrade projectsMentor and influence team members to foster a high-performing environmentWhat You’ll Bring15+ years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)5+ years of consulting experience preferredStrong technical acumen with leading WMS platforms (Blue Yonder, Korber, Manhattan) and hands-on implementationProficiency in designing, configuring, and deploying complex supply chain solutionsDeep understanding of supply chain, logistics, and distribution conceptsExcellent business analysis skills, including statistical algorithms and inventory optimization conceptsStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with ability to present to executive audiencesWillingness to travel up to 30% to client and warehouse locationsDegree in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering preferredReady to architect the future of logistics?
