Program Manager - Rewards & Recognition - Hybrid DivIHN is seeking a Contract Program Manager to lead management of global branded gear stores and provide analytic support for global Recognition programs. This role blends strategic oversight, operational excellence, and data-driven insights to enhance employee engagement and recognition initiatives. Hybrid work: 2 days per week onsite. Responsibilities Company Branded Merchandise (75%) – Execute operational strategies for Branded Gear, including project tracking, production, distribution, fulfillment, product design, systems maintenance and management. Manage production, inventory, pricing, merchandise selection for branded gear in global stores (two global stores: US for EMEA, India for APAC). Manage global vendor relationships including contracts, purchase orders, budget, purchasing products, tracking projects, and ensuring deliverables are met. Analyze store performance, including sales reporting, forecasting, and budget adherence. Provide creative input on merchandise design, trend-spotting, and adherence to client brand standards. Review styles and assortments and approve final products for appearance and quality with the Marketing Design team. Develop internal marketing and communication strategies to promote the stores and drive engagement. This position includes 25% analytical tasks; strong analytical and Excel skills are required. Recognition Program Analytic Support (25%) – Provide performance analysis, large-scale data manipulation and audits, ROI calculations, website and database troubleshooting. Data Analysis – Identify trends and insights to improve the Recognition program. Reporting – Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance and impact. Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with the Recognition program team and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven decisions. Program Evaluation – Assess effectiveness of recognition initiatives and recommend enhancements. Benchmarking – Compare practices against industry standards and best practices. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, with focus on retail operations, supply chain management, or related field. Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving abilities. Expert user of Google Sheets and Excel for data analysis and modeling. Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and attention to detail. Experience with communications, marketing, and graphic design. Flexible, fast-paced, able to work with ambiguity and think creatively. Experience with Slack and Google Workspace. Agency and vendor management experience. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in HR, Business, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred.
