Oracle ERP Project Manager

OverviewWe seek an experienced ERP Project Manager to manage the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP and ADP Payroll/timekeeping/absence management Pay. This role will be instrumental in transforming our fragmented systems environment into an integrated Oracle Cloud solution. The Project Manager will report to the Controller and will combine strong project management expertise with Oracle and ADP experience for a successful implementation.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for the Oracle Cloud ERP and ADP implementation.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, HR, and external consultants.Risk management: identify, track, and mitigate project risks.Oracle ERP expertise: understand and implement ERP modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets).Drive ADP implementation to successful completion.Oversee system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing.Change management: help users adopt the new system via training and support.Migration oversight from currently disconnected systems to Oracle Cloud (with executive program management).Define technical requirements and ensure proper integration between Oracle Cloud ERP and ADP systems.Monitor progress against milestones and deliverables.Coordinate data migration activities from legacy systems.Qualifications8-10+ years of project management experience with a focus on Oracle Cloud implementations.Proven track record leading complex, enterprise-wide system implementations.Strong understanding of Finance business processes.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.PMP certification preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
