OverviewSr. Partner Solutions Architect GenAI - Regulated Industries (FSI, HCLS, Telecom), Technology Partners - COE Tech. This role is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.Are you passionate about helping software vendors solve technical problems and using generative AI to build new applications and features? Do you have a unique combination of deep technical knowledge, interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically about business and products built with Generative AI?ResponsibilitiesLead generative AI strategy and senior level relationships with AWS technology partners.Ideate with partners on joint solution development and co-innovation; build prototypes and demonstrations to help partners leverage generative AI capabilities.Lead deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for deployment in the cloud.Be a thought leader on innovative and transformative topics with partners; act as a subject matter expert on partner solutions within AWS.Enable field and technical teams to deploy, operate, secure, and integrate partner solutions on AWS.Collaborate with partners to understand business and technical needs that can be addressed with foundation models.Develop proof-of-concept code leveraging AWS services for generative AI to demonstrate capabilities for partners and customers.Identify gaps in AWS GenAI services and propose short-term and long-term solutions, including open source options or partner collaboration.Provide architectural guidance and recommendations for building generative AI-powered applications on AWS.Produce technical content (white papers, workshops, reference architectures) to up-level customers and partners.Assist solution providers with strategy definitions to present offerings on AWS.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AI development and deployment (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA or similar).Conduct ongoing research and experimentation to stay current with generative AI advancements and drive innovation.Engage in industry conferences, workshops, and forums to share insights and learn from peers.Scope partner and customer engagements with clear objectives and success criteria.Advocate responsible AI and promote safeguards for AI while demystifying AI behavior.QualificationsBasic Qualifications8+ years in technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).6+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.Experience with presentations and speaking with executives, IT, management, and developers.Preferred Qualifications5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.Experience working with end user or developer communities.Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders or clients.Equal Opportunity Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on protected status.
