OverviewThis role is pivotal in supporting SRAM’s digital transformation and modernization initiatives. You’ll help shape infrastructure strategy and translate it into actionable programs, leading the design, implementation, and management of cloud-hosted workloads and enterprise network infrastructure across 15 global sites.ResponsibilitiesCloud Infrastructure Management: Lead migration, deployment, and optimization of workloads in AWS and other public cloud platformsManage cloud architecture including compute, storage, networking, and securityImplement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform or CloudFormationMonitor cloud performance, cost, and usage; drive cost optimization strategiesNetwork Operations: Oversee LAN/WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and firewall infrastructure design and maintenanceEnsure network availability, performance, and security across all locationsCollaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce network security policiesManage vendor relationships for network hardware, ISPs, and managed servicesLeadership & Strategy: Mentor and develop a high-performing global teamMaintain infrastructure roadmaps aligned with business and IT strategyBuild strong cross-functional partnerships to drive key initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field7+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including 3+ years in a management role in a global environmentStrong enterprise networking knowledge (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.)Expertise in cloud services (AWS preferred), IT operations, and enterprise architectureProven leadership and strategic planning skillsExcellent communication and emotional intelligenceStrong project management experienceFamiliarity with ITIL and cybersecurity best practicesExperience in manufacturing or consumer products preferredWillingness to travel up to 20%, including internationallyPreferred Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (or equivalent Azure/GCP), Cisco CCNP, CISSPCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: Starting at $145,000, with a potential up to 25% higher based on experience and skillsBonus: Annual corporate bonus based on company and individual performanceBenefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; Life and long-term disability insurance; Generous paid time offAbout SRAMSRAM LLC is one of the world's largest suppliers of components to the bike industry.
