OverviewWe have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Delivery Manager – Konexo US at Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP. We are searching for someone who wants to be a valued contributor and member of a talented and dynamic team of lawyers, paralegals and business professionals.The Legal Delivery Manager will have extensive involvement in the Firm’s legal technology, AI enablement, and managed services delivery. The role supports ongoing managed services projects, while contributing to the design, deployment and optimization of tech-enabled legal solutions across multiple service lines.Responsibilities and DutiesManaged Services Oversight: Lead triage and delivery coordination for contract managed service engagements; lead discussions with client stakeholders and executives with data driven insights in a clear and confident manner; ensure SLA compliance, client satisfaction, and issue resolution; collaborate with offshore/onshore teams and tech platforms to optimize delivery.Legal Project Management: Lead and manage legal service projects across contracting (contract lifecycle management, negotiation, and remediation), legal research (leveraging AI and traditional tools for precedent and statutory analysis), document review (managing eDiscovery and investigation review teams, workflows, and quality control), filings (coordinating regulatory, litigation, and compliance submissions); manage delivery timelines, resource allocation, and reporting across multiple clients; coordinate with internal stakeholders to align delivery with strategic goals; support proposal development, onboarding, and client success metrics.Legal Tech & AI Enablement: Support internal stakeholders and vendor technology teams with design and deployment of AI-enabled workflows; support development of contract remediation, document automation, and legal research tools; support evaluation and implementation of legal tech platforms to enhance service delivery; work closely with US and international colleagues to support cross-functional delivery; contribute to the development of unified delivery playbooks and tech stack integration.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesA bachelor’s degree is required from an accredited college or university.5+ years of experience in legal operations, ALSP delivery, legal tech or compliance consulting.Experience as an Am Law 100 attorney or in an operational/management role in an ALSP is preferred.Coachable, dependable, continuous learner with interest in innovation in the legal industry.Proven experience managing client-facing legal service projects.Familiarity with GenAI, NLP, workflow and other legal delivery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Ironclad, Legora, Autologyx, etc).Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, eDiscovery, and legal tech.PMP, Agile, or Legal Project Management certification preferred.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Sales experience—proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to handle and manage high-volume practice areas with multiple deadlines.This is a hybrid role and will require on-site presence 3 days per week. The salary ranges for this position vary depending on geographic location and factors such as experience, internal equity, market data, and job-related considerations. The range for this position is from $108,000 - $208,000, with offers contingent upon these factors.
