OverviewMicrosoft 365/Exchange Administrator role at ECS in Washington, DC. The candidate will deliver innovative capabilities within a large Enterprise, identify solutions to automate business process workflow, assist with requirements analysis, and deploy and support solutions scalable for a Large Enterprise. The position reports to the Program Manager within Service Operations and requires collaboration with the Customer, Project Team, and external stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesMaintaining and staying abreast of existing and emerging Microsoft M365 services, capabilities, and related core technologies and drive their strategic integration, modernization, and deployment within the EnterpriseAssisting with and leading the development and maintenance of an Office 365 and Exchange Road Map for the Service Operations and the Enterprise that maintains strategic alignment with business requirements, vision, mission, and objectivesFunction as a Technical lead within the AGILE team for M365 and Cloud solutions; identify and champion the completion of Features, User Stories, and associated acceptance criteria, risks, and dependencies aligned with business needsProvide and document resolution of customer requests, incidents, changes, and problems within the system of record for M365 Cloud / Tenant and On-Prem Exchange servicesInterface with Support teams and vendors to resolve problems and to complete knowledge transfers as requiredSupport the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of all components of the On-Prem Exchange and Office 365 Tenant ServiceContinuously improve service delivery to the Enterprise through business process automation and extending request fulfillment to support professionals and end-usersPosition is 100% on site.Salary Range: $72,665 - $98,334QualificationsRequired SkillsMust have a current Top-Secret Clearance with the capability of Obtaining SCI / PolyEnable, administer, and monitor Microsoft 365 products and services including Office 365, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and TeamsLead and manage migrations including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDriveImplement and manage Office 365 licenses, usage, and governanceImplement and manage Office 365 tenant security, incident investigation, and overall tenant threat protectionDesign and lead the development of PowerApps and workflows solutions optimized for productivity and collaboration using the Microsoft 365 platformHands-on experience with enterprise-scale solutions using 365 components including Power Platform and SharePointExperience delivering messaging and collaboration solutions with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 in a large U.S. Government environmentPowerShell experience to develop automation / applicationsGeneral knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory; managing security objects within ADDesirable SkillsMicrosoft Exchange PowerShell scriptingExchange Admin Center (EAC) proficiency in On-Prem and Cloud environmentsMicrosoft Teams AdministrationOneDrive for Business & Microsoft 365 Suite administrationSkype for Business AdministrationCommand Prompt & ScriptingOutlook Web Access (OWA) configuration and supportAzure Active Directory (AAD) experience in monitoring and reportingSystem Center Operations Manager (SCOM) alerts handlingHybrid Exchange & Cloud IntegrationITIL & Agile MethodologiesSecurity & Compliance Best Practices in Microsoft 365Employment detailsLocation: Washington, DC (on-site)Employment type: Full-timeIndustry: IT Systems / Data ServicesEqual OpportunityECS is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on any characteristic protected by law.
