OverviewKforce's client in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Finance Director to join a fast-growing organization in the Healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership to benchmark performance against goals, driving insightful analyses and strategic conversations that enhance company-wide outcomes.Base pay range$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yrResponsibilitiesHands-on development of budgets and forecasts, creation of financial models, KPI tracking, OPEX management, market and trend analysis.Partner with field VPs to develop go-to-market strategies using Salesforce; monitor growth metrics such as leads, referrals, conversions, census, and discharges.Apply financial expertise to manage gross margin; analyze reimbursement and provider pay rates; ensure compliance with pay regulations; track labor costs and service utilization.Support Colorado Market with FTE planning, productivity tracking, offshore team expansion, and vendor management.Ensure compliance with health plan contracts, minimum wage laws, and internal financial policies.Collaborate with data team to build metrics and reports for deeper business insights; identify growth levers, efficiency gains, and cost-saving opportunities; create proformas for cross-functional initiatives.Partner with CFO and CEO to oversee vendor relationships, communications, training materials, and department integration.QualificationsBachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.10-15+ years of experience in finance and accounting or related function.Experience in healthcare organization or with managed care plans required.Strong communication skills; outgoing, personable, and collaborative personality.Strong understanding of US GAAP, Quality of Earnings/Quality of Revenue reviews, EBITDA adjustments.Understanding of SQL queries at an intermediate level to review team work products and validate results.Superior Excel skills, including lookups, index/match, and pivot tables.Benefits and additional informationWe offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability and ADD insurance to eligible employees.
