Director of Finance

We're looking to hire a skilled and self motivated Director of Finance, who will take the lead in the successful financial operations, establish processes with a wide range of applications, and deliver the insights that will act as a catalyst to the company’s growth. This role combines the elements of a strategical role with actual executive duties. The person in this role will be working side by side with the top management as well as supervising all the organizational aspects of reporting, compliance, and personnel development.ResponsibilitiesDirect budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningSupervise reporting, audits, and compliance (GAAP/IFRS)Implement, modify, and manage the company's financial processes and controlsAdministration of cash flow, treasury, and financial systemsGive leadership advice based on the results of the studies.Support through coaching the finance teamQualificationsDegree in Accounting/Finance strongly preferred (MBA/CPA/CFA would be advantageous)7–10+ years of financial and accounting experience, with a track record of leading a teamDeep understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial operationsAdvanced knowledge of Excel and Google SuiteExperience with ERP systems is a plusExcellent interpersonal and teamwork skillsSelf motivated and displays initiativeExperience with project/event based budgets and accounting strongly preferredExperience with gaming/anime industries a plusWhat We OfferA competitive salary, vacation time, potential bonus structure, and the opportunity to be at the forefront of the financial changes of a company that is expanding. #J-18808-Ljbffr
