Overview Base pay range: $117,000.00/yr - $234,000.00/yr Position Summary: The Market Asset Protection Manager plays a critical role in driving asset protection, safety, and compliance results across our stores in an assigned area. This position involves evaluating programs, collaborating with business partners, developing business plans, minimizing financial risk, and providing supervision and development opportunities for associates. The individual will also ensure compliance with company policies, promote customer satisfaction, and manage investigations related to fraud, compliance, and safety. What you’ll do Drive Asset Protection and Safety: Evaluate programs and collaborate with partners to adapt them to specific needs, ensuring effectiveness and member value. Analyze Data: Synthesize data sources, analyze trends for root causes, and determine actions to maximize sales and optimize member experience. Communicate and Enforce Policies: Implement and enforce company policies and procedures through training, recognition, and accountability. Conduct Assessments: Perform strategic and risk-based assessments to ensure AP and safety measures are in place and executed. Execute Business Plans: Identify needs, develop and communicate plans, remove performance barriers, and support continuous learning. Minimize Financial Risk: Manage risk mitigation programs, evaluate financial reports, and conduct investigations on financial losses and unethical behavior. Supervise and Develop Associates: Select, train, mentor, and evaluate associates, foster a team-based environment and ensuring a culture of belonging awareness. Manage Inventory Processes: Oversee inventory flow processes, analyze data to identify risks, and develop recommendations for improvements. Promote Company Values: Train and guide others in company policies, ensuring compliance and supporting the Open Door Policy. Enhance Customer Experience: Guide management through initiatives, review feedback, and recommend solutions to improve member satisfaction. What you’ll bring Asset Protection and Safety Expertise: Proficiency in driving asset protection (AP) and safety and compliance results by evaluating programs, collaborating with business partners, and analyzing trends. Business Planning Skills: Ability to identify needs, develop comprehensive business plans, remove performance barriers, and support continuous learning. Financial Risk Management: Experience in managing risk mitigation programs, evaluating financial reports, and conducting investigations into financial losses and unethical behavior. Leadership and Development: Proven ability to select, train, mentor, and evaluate associates while fostering a team-based work environment. Inventory Management: Skills in managing corporate total variance strategies, evaluating risk management controls, and driving criminal deterrence initiatives. Valid state-issued driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications Asset Protection, Inventory Control, or Safety; Certification in an asset protection related field (e.g., Loss Prevention Qualified, Loss Prevention Certified).
