The CFO will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO and President. This leader will oversee FP&A, Accounting & Reporting, and Continuous Improvement, while acting as a trusted partner to Sales, Operations, and other functional leaders. Key Responsibilities Partner with the CEO, President, and Executive Leadership Team to define and execute strategic and operational plans. Lead all aspects of financial management: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, controls, tax, treasury, and compliance. Provide actionable insights and business intelligence to maximize company value. Oversee enterprise risk management, internal controls, and financial relationships with banks and external advisors. Drive process improvement, cost optimization, and efficiency initiatives across the business. Support M&A activity through financial due diligence and integration planning. Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, instilling discipline, accountability, and a growth mindset. Qualifications B.A./B.S. in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred. 15+ years of progressive finance leadership, with at least 10 years at the executive level in companies with $1.5B+ revenue. Proven success in family-owned, private equity, or entrepreneurial environments. Strong background in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial services. Deep expertise in FP&A, controllership, treasury, risk management, and operational finance. Experience leading M&A diligence and integration efforts. Demonstrated ability to build and scale finance teams, systems, and processes. High integrity, collaborative leadership style, and strong communication skills.
