This leader will serve as a key relationship manager, ensuring that strategic financial goals are met while providing tailored planning solutions and investment guidance.The Director will also be instrumental in engaging the next , leading financial education initiatives, and ensuring operational efficiency by collaborating closely with the leadership team.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong client and family relationships through regular meetings and proactive communicationLead the development and monitoring of financial and investment policy statements (IPS) to align with long-term objectivesProvide thoughtful financial planning solutions, including asset allocation, estate considerations, and tax planning strategiesConduct research and collaborate with the CIO and investment team on portfolio construction, manager selection, and investment diligencePartner with operations leadership to streamline reporting and client service workflows across entitiesEducate and mentor younger stakeholders, supporting wealth transfer and long-term stewardshipStay current on compliance and regulatory matters impacting both internal operations and client planningCandidate ProfileMinimum 7+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or multi-entity family office environmentStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility across diverse stakeholdersExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilitiesProficiency in financial planning tools and advanced ExcelAdvanced credentials such as CFA, CFP, or a master’s degree stronglyPersonal qualities of humility, discretion, and integrity are essential for success in this role #J-18808-Ljbffr
