The role supports the Regional VP of Finance as part of the senior leadership team, provides financial insight, and collaborates with the business president in preparing and managing the annual budget. It supports and oversees audits and uses reporting and analysis to identify trends, driving process improvements and margin efficiencies in partnership with business leadership.Job LocationOnsite position based at our Tampa, FL office.Job ResponsibilitiesPerforms the monthly close and financial statement preparation.Partner with Corporate Shared Services to oversee the region’s accounts payable, accounts receivable and management reporting.Work closely with Regional Inventory Control Manager on cost accounting and physical inventory processes.Supervise monthly balancing of books and monthly account reviews; prepare and present monthly management reporting.Analyze operating results and business processes.Create and support an internal control environment that safeguards company assets.Supervise employees performing financial reporting, accounting, billing, collections, payroll, and budgeting duties.Provide training and development for staff in finance management, budgeting, SOX compliance, and other identified department needs.Job RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting5+ years’ experience leading accounting teamsManufacturing / Plant Controller background preferredAdvanced Microsoft Excel knowledgeStrong ERP experience, Lawson preferredStrong analytical and management skillsAbility to travel up to 25%What CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
