We are seeking a Client Growth Director who is passionate about people and our mission, and who enjoys developing empowering and meaningful client relationships. The position is primarily remote, but ideally targeting a candidate local to South Florida who will be able to attend monthly on-site team meetings in Miami and attend networking events in the Tri-County area.What you’ll doClose executive search leads, owning and developing the sales cycle from finding the prospect to contract sign (execution of the search will be handled by our execution team; you will be responsible for finding new clients and partners).Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence within the executive search and leadership advisory industries.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building with key decision-makers.Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define sales objectives, prioritize initiatives, and align sales efforts with overall business goals.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.Oversee the development and execution of sales proposals and contracts to communicate our services’ value proposition effectively.Utilize data-driven insights to track sales performance, forecast future revenue projections, and make informed strategic decisions.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate new business leads.Opportunity to receive uncapped commissions.Who you areYou have sales DNA.
