It's about providing clarity and hope.The Sales Director is a front-line sales leader responsible for execution of the commercial sales strategy for profitable growth in geographic area for general and specialized laboratory sales and service representatives.This is a field-based sales leadership position covering Stockton, CA and the surrounding areas.At target, the compensation is $215,000-290,000. This includes a base salary and sales incentive. There is the potential to make higher, as the sales incentive is uncapped at Quest Diagnostics. Base salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained.
