Account Director

We are looking for an Account Director to join our Latam Partner Sales Team. We are are seeking someone with a history of revenue generation, great teamwork spirit and passion for online media sales and innovation. This role will be based in Miami. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.What you’ll doSupport Latam - Mexico, Perú & Central America partners in selling ad space in order to grow advertising revenues by creating, maintaining, and sustaining relationships with media agencies, creative agencies and clients directlyWork in strong collaboration with Latam re-seller partners across agency departments, i.e. radio, digital, branded content, to deliver successful campaignsFocus on brand sell, educating and inspiring our Latam re-seller partners to sell SpotifyMeet and exceed advertising revenue targetsHelp setting up scalable, efficient processes for Latam re-seller partnersRepresent Spotify at events and serve as a brand ambassadorWho you areYou have 6+ years of experience in a media agency/online sales role, experience in working with re-sellers in the past is preferredYou have a deep understanding of online media and the ability to be creative with audio and digital client solutionsYou have a consistent track record of effective and well-organized pitching and selling backed by resultsYou are a great negotiator and are able to present effectively and close dealsYou are experienced in creating reports and presentations using Excel, Keynote, etc.You have a clear understanding of digital advertising metricsYou are highly motivated, driven and self-going with an entrepreneurial mindsetYou are professional, dedicated and super service mindedYou are fluent in both written and spoken in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plusYou have a BA/BS degree, Master’s degree is a plusWe are proud to foster a workplace free from discrimination.
