This is a remarkable group of people who have come together to work across several of the different operating companies.The RoleSales Director – TargetThe Sales Director will serve as a key member of our team and will be an important “face of the WBC brands” to our strategic customer – Target. This person will work cross-functionally to develop holistic business plans including innovation, merchandising, and promotions to drive continued growth. This role will report to our Sr. Sales Director Team Lead for Target.ResponsibilitiesLead sales efforts at Target & Ulta as well as any other customers/brands as identified by Sales leadershipCollaborate with our customers to ensure true partnership spiritStrategically and profitably create and execute annual business plans at all accountsBe the “execution arm” of the WBC and bring our plans to life at retailPenetrate all levels of management at our customers. Build strong relationships.Plan and execute profitable, “on-strategy” annual promotion plansManage JBP partnership for WBC at Target and lead shipment forecasting and reduced revenue planningHelp train and develop your associate-level teammate, as their line manager, as you both work towards the common goal of driving the business with an owner’s mentalityArticulate the WBC’s Collective’s unique positioning to deliver overall growthLive our team values of BE YOURSELF, BE DISRUPTIVE, BE PASSIONATE, BE SUPPORTIVE and make life better for all of usHave fun!QualificationsYou are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving results and building strong customer relationships.
