OverviewAccount director - IT services - Medtech / Lifesciences sector. Minneapolis. The role is with a $600+ million IT services company. Account director will grow and scale the engagement with a leading MedTech company and be technically proficient in IT solutioning; past delivery experience in IT services is a plus. The life sciences solutions include connectivity & communications, IoT, device portals, customer engagement management, PLM, supply chain optimization, and inventory management, complemented by a full suite of digital, CRM, analytics and ERP offerings.ResponsibilitiesGrow business with a leading MedTech company and scale the current engagement.Be technically proficient in IT solutioning; past delivery experience in IT services is a plus.Contribute to and drive delivery of IT services projects when applicable.Focus on order booking, margins, and realized revenue as key performance indicators.Qualifications8+ years’ experience in IT services and selling technology solutions; conducted account mining in the life sciences / med devices vertical within the recent 2-3 years.Experience leading delivery of IT services projects.Understanding of domain processes of the industry – drug / device lifecycle, PLM, clinical trials, connectivity, inventory and warehouse management.Experience selling connectivity, app modernization, cloud migration and digital transformation themes.Experience selling to, delivering to, or working with Medtronic is a big plus.Led a territory or account size of $5+ million and pursued deals of $5+ million TCV.Employment typeFull-timeJob functionSales, Business Development, and Information TechnologyIndustries: IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
