A company-sponsored Interim Secret is required to start.Desired SkillsBachelors of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred or BS Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) accepted plus a minimum of 14 years of relevant professional engineering experience or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.Active DoD Secret or Top Secret ClearanceSignificant relevant experience in the defense electronics industry, including architecture development for RF systems.Extensive experience with troubleshooting designs and resolving integration issues in a production or manufacturing environment.Extensive experience testing microwave products at the RF circuit card assembly (CCA), module, or subassembly level.Expert level knowledge of microwave simulation tools.Expertise with datalink or T/R module architecture.Expertise with RF subsystems and hardware including antennas, transmitters, receivers, exciters, (DREX) microwave components, low noise amplifiers, high power amplifiers, advanced electronic modules, amplifiers, mixers, switches, frequency generation circuits, and frequency conversion circuits.Experience with microelectronics assembly techniques.Expertise with technical documentation such as specifications, schematic drawings, and test data.Experience with customer interface including technical presentations.Hands-on Hardware ExperienceAbility to lead failure investigations on production and/or technical issues.Ability work in a team collaborative environment especially with manufacturing and industrial engineers and/or operator on production support.Other Important InformationBy applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
