OverviewConstruction Interiors Manager (Direct Hire) — Washington, DC | Industry: Multifamily Real Estate DevelopmentAre you ready to take the lead on high-impact renovation and new construction projects in the multifamily housing space? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills can shine? If so, we want to hear from you.We’re looking for a Construction Interiors Manager to be the eyes and ears on-site for large-scale, multimillion-dollar apartment community renovations and new builds. In this critical role, you’ll work closely with the Construction Manager to ensure quality, timeliness, and efficiency at every step of the project lifecycle.What You’ll DoOwn the on-the-ground execution of interior renovation projects across multiple apartment units.Coordinate and communicate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to keep everything moving smoothly.Track materials, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, organized, and productive job site.Assist with capital improvements beyond interiors, including exteriors, amenities, and MEP upgrades.Conduct property walks, assess conditions, help build scopes of work, and estimate costs.Support scheduling, construction meetings, change orders, RFIs, and daily tracker updates.Help manage project budgets and timelines while keeping all stakeholders aligned.Provide real-time updates to internal teams and leadership—your input will drive decision-making.What You Bring2+ years of experience in construction management, renovation, or a related field.Hands-on experience leading crews, managing unit turns, and navigating tight timelines.Strong understanding of construction practices, code requirements, and market pricing.Background in multifamily construction or hospitality renovations fortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) and construction tracking tools.Excellent communication skills—you’ll be collaborating with everyone from site workers to anized, proactive, and passionate about delivering results on complex projects.This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity for someone ready to make a real impact in real estate development.
