Our office is located just north of the Golden Gate Bridge in Mill Valley, a 15-minute drive from San Francisco. We have a studio based working style that encourages interaction and a healthy work life balance.Our projects include academic and tech campuses, national parks, community parks, urban design, multi-family housing, streetscapes, waterfronts, healthcare facilities and civic facilities. Our project teams work closely together from project initiation through construction.ResponsibilitiesServe as Project Manager with high level graphic skills, thoughtful design and sensitivity to cultural and environmental influences.Lead project teams from project initiation through construction teract directly with clients as part of project delivery.Manage budgets and deliverables.Handle multiple projects, tasks, and schedules concurrently.Effectively manage and delegate work to design team members within the firm.Collaborate in a hybrid work model (two days in office and three days remote).QualificationsProfessional degree in landscape architecture; graduate degree preferred.5-10 years of experience on landscape architecture projects from Concept to Construction Administration.Technically competent with detailing, planting and construction drawing production.Experience directly interacting with clients.Experience managing budgets and deliverables.Ability to work on multiple projects/tasks/schedules and with a wide range of people.Ability to effectively manage and delegate work to design team members within the firm.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and other professional software.Self-motivated with a collaborative spirit and strong critical thinking.Strong verbal and written communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
