From Bank Secrecy Act reviews to compliance management and everything in between, our integrated solution approach is designed to help enable and manage growth, leverage resources, and mitigate costs and risks. At Plante Moran, we have the privilege of serving clients and providing consultative services as they face challenges and seek new opportunities.Your role.As you venture into figuring out how federal compliance requirements impact the clients we serve, we/'ll give you the flexibility to combine critical thinking with teamwork to serve our clients. Your work will include, but not be limited to:Providing reporting assistance and analysis for engagementsDocumenting and testing client regulatory compliance processesIdentifying and analyzing potential risks and risk mitigation strategiesPreparing proposals and engagement lettersProducing reports and presentations that outline findings, explaining risks and recommending changesWorking with multiple clients, multi-tasking with clients and engagementsMeeting deadlines and developing final documentation within tight time framesThe qualifications.Detail-oriented leader with problem solving, communication, organizational, technical and analytical skillsBachelor/'s degree in accounting, economics, finance, or related fieldAcademic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0)Preferred: completion of the requisite degree and supporting credits to sit for the CPA or CIA exam, with the goal of successfully obtaining the CIA or CPA licenseThis is a non-exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week. Eligibility and contribution requirements vary based on hours worked per week. Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance.
