We see what’s possible in you and help you achieve it.ResponsibilitiesDirectors represent the pinnacle of professionalism and expertise, collaborating with Huron and client senior leaders to architect and implement goal‑achieving enterprise technology solutions while delivering remarkable results that meet or exceed engagement objectives. They provide client engagement delivery oversight, team leadership and program management, and construct enduring relationships that benefit the firm, including identifying and selling additional project work into clients.Qualifications8-10 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale platform implementations8+ years’ experience implementing, upgrading, and/or optimizing Office of the CFO systemsExperience leading medium to large scale software implementation projects within FP&ADeep expertise and understanding of Finance and Planning processes, including traditional budgeting and planning, S&OP, strategic planning, etc.Technical skills with cloud-based Oracle EPM suite (EPBCS, PBCS), Anaplan, OneStream, or other EPM Planning & Budgeting technologiesPrior experience supporting clients in Higher Education or Financial Services industries is preferredExperience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project managementExcellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaborationAbility to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, financially literate client executives on the basis of expertise, maturity, and professionalismProven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publicationsAbility to manage multiple projects of different scale and durationAbility to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensionsHuron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experienceWillingness to travel up to 50%Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated base salary range for this job is $175,000 - $225,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay-for-performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $218,750 - $303,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
