Position SummaryThe HR Director will serve as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to the Dallas leadership team, covering the plants of Dallas (Texas) and Monterrey (Mexico), and will be responsible for shaping and driving the organization’s people strategy. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, culture building, performance management, and compliance. The HR Director will be instrumental in strengthening the company’s culture, challenging and supporting leaders, and ensuring the workforce is aligned with the business strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business Partner: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, driving organizational performance and employee engagement.Leadership Development: Build and implement programs to strengthen leadership capability, succession planning, and career growth opportunities.Culture Builder: Lead initiatives to foster a strong, positive, and inclusive culture across the organization. Champion company values and serve as a role model for employees at all levels.Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Take ownership of recruitment, challenge hiring managers to raise the bar, and partner with the shared services team to implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.Employee Relations & Communication: Act as a strong communicator and trusted advisor to employees and managers, ensuring fair and transparent practices that build trust and accountability.Data-Driven HR: Use HR metrics and workforce data to inform decision-making, measure program effectiveness, and recommend pliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards across all operations, including U.S. and Mexico.Travel & Cross-Border Engagement: Partner with teams in Mexico, traveling monthly to build relationships, align culture, and oversee HR programs.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.Proven experience as a culture builder and strategic business partner.Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge constructively.Demonstrated success in recruitment, workforce planning, and leadership fortable working with HR data, analytics, and reporting tools.Willingness to travel monthly to Monterrey, Mexico.Physical requirements and working conditionsOur manufacturing Plant is comprised of enclosed office and manufacturing space.
