About the opportunity The Dayforce Commercial Operations team is looking for a collaborative and competitive Strategic Engagement Support (SES) candidate who supports sales efforts through creative commercial structuring for Enterprise global, complex this position, you will act as the bridge between the customer and Dayforce, driving commercial outcomes and building stakeholder consensus at both deal and enterprise program levels. At the deal level, the SES develops and executes close plans, advises on commercial terms throughout negotiations, and aligns internal deliverables with customer and Dayforce expectations. At the enterprise level, the SES analyzes recurring negotiation issues, recommends long-term solutions, and shapes business practices to optimize revenue and streamline future negotiations.The candidate should have experience in global commercial negotiation, influencing and gaining customer agreement, and must possess strong communication and relationship-management skills. It is critical to move with speed while ensuring alignment across multiple functions. The right candidate will be flexible, action and results-oriented, and self-starting.What you'll get to doApply (by clicking the relevant button) after checking through all the related job information below.Partner with sales and the sales ecosystem to strategize on the approach, commercial structure, and negotiation process to execute optimal solutionsCreate and redline contractual documents using Dayforce systems and/or manual adjustmentsLead commercial negotiations for assigned accounts, making prioritization and trade-off decisions that balance seller and customer experience with business value.Act as internal Project Manager during deal closure process, assisting with all tracking and managing deliverables between clients and DayforcePartner with internal Dayforce teams to resolve process or communication issues, escalating as needed to ensure timely deal decisions.Identify objectives and develop business practices based on aggregated data to support a cross-functional negotiation process that enables long-term scalability in a high-growth environmentInfluence the development of sales materials that support the negotiation process and supplement the contract termsIdentify, create, and maintain tools in support of the negotiation process and commercial term proposalSkills and experience we valueBachelor's degree or commensurate experience, with a minimum of 15+ years of relevant experienceProven ability in structuring commercial terms through collaboration and influencing of cross-functional teamsHigh attention to detail including precise and effective verbal and written communication, particularly in oversight of commercial language in customer agreementsProven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneouslyAn ability to think critically about problems and possible solutions with consideration of impact across the businessFlexible working style, including the ability to work with multiple leadership typesAn ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desiredA composed, poised and professional demeanorA history of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job doneAbility and willingness to work some evenings or weekends as a deal requiresCeridianJ-18808-Ljbffr
