HVAC Technician - 3 Years minimum experience required

This is not your typical bonus structure; we promise it is *worth your time* to inquire and apply!Responsibilities * Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter changes, coil cleaning, and lubrication * Conduct repairs on HVAC/R systems, including compressors, condensers, and evaporators * Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, using tools such as ohmmeters and schematics * Utilize brazing skills to repair equipment * Drive company van to service calls, ensuring all safety regulations are followed * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards * Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with customers and resolving any issues in a professional manner * Document all service calls and repairs, including any issues encountered or solutions implemented * Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks * Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in HVAC/R technology Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver's license * Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components * Proficiency in using various tools and equipment, including multimeters and reading schematics * Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and work in a physically demanding environment * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills * HVAC/R Service and Maintenance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday * On call Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Overtime pay * Signing bonus Experience: * HVAC: 3 years (Required)License/Certification: * EPA Certification (Preferred)Work Location: In person
