Pay: $70-80K/yr Excellent benefit package 2-5 years construction experience 4 year Engineering/ Construction Management/ or similar degree required M-F Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for project administration from sales kickoff to final completion including; Maintaining project documentation and managing project deadlines/ Q/A-Q/QC, budgeting Assist / coordinate with Project Managers for the successful delivery of the work. Review of project deliverables and developing the project Schedule of Values. Confirm materials required, generate P.O.s and track to meet delivery date RFI's, SOP drawings. Confirm subcontractors required, generate P.O.s, manage required insurance requirements to meet corporate compliance. Tracking project progress and performance. Identify issues that will cause negative variance remotely with field team. Coordinate with Project Team members and interact with Finance Team for billings and monthly project financial forecasting. Traveling to job sites Track change orders, collaborating with sales Develop & execute AIA billings. LOTS OF PAPERWORK Key Interactions: Internal: Construction and Service Project Teams, Project Managers, Finance Team, President, Director of Operations, and General Manager. External: Clients, acting as a Dynaire representative.
