Experienced Real Estate Attorney Otis & Bedingfield, LLC is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our transactions practice group. This is a unique opportunity to work with an established and respected team representing clients throughout Northern Colorado in complex real estate and business matters. Responsibilities Handle a broad range of real estate matters, including purchase and sale transactions, leases, easements, boundary disputes, and development matters. Provide strategic guidance to clients on land use, zoning, entitlements, and related administrative proceedings. Collaborate with colleagues on complex business and real estate cases, bringing practical solutions and strong client service to every matter. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to practice law in Colorado (or eligibility for admission). Minimum 5 years of real estate law experience . Land use and zoning experience is highly desirable. Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Strong business sense and ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
