Job Title: GPU Liquid Cooling Factory Process Specialist Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented GPU Liquid Cooling Factory Process Specialist to oversee and optimize the production processes for liquid-cooled GPU systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with thermal systems, manufacturing workflows, quality control, and safety protocols related to fluid handling and rack-level integration. This is a full-time permanent position offering comprehensive employee benefits. It is an on-site role, and we do not provide remote or hybrid work options. Key Job Functions: Manage and refine the factory processes for assembling and testing liquid-cooled GPU racks or servers. Ensure quality control procedures are in place for coolant filling, leak testing, pressure testing, and system flushing. Lead standard operating procedure (SOP) development and training for factory floor workers and integration teams. Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and data center teams to ensure smooth product delivery and installation. Maintain strict adherence to health and safety guidelines involving coolant handling and pressure systems. Provide continuous improvement suggestions for process optimization and scalability. Roles & Responsibilities (R&R): Process Management Define and document detailed work instructions for coolant loop assembly, cold plate installation, and tubing/rack plumbing. Implement 5S, lean manufacturing, and Kaizen methods to improve throughput and reduce failure rates. Quality Assurance Supervise quality checks including: - Pressure decay/leak testing - Coolant flow rate and thermal performance testing - Coolant fluid composition verification Maintain production and test records for audit and compliance. Technical Support Troubleshoot issues during the production cycle - including GPU mounting, manifold assembly, quick disconnects (QDs), and pump/reservoir calibration. Assist in failure analysis (FA) when liquid cooling systems are returned from the field or fail QA. Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate with product engineering and R&D to incorporate design changes into manufacturing.
