Harbor Health operates two Elder Service Plan Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), a program that allows frail elders to live in their homes and communities. Our Elder Service Plan has two medical and day centers in Mattapan and Brockton, MA and cares for more than 580 participants. We are currently seeking an extremely talented Sr. Community Relations Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing & Enrollment team at our Brockton PACE program. Role: The Senior Community Relations Marketing Specialist participates in the marketing of the Elder Service Plan (ESP) to potential referral organizations and individuals. The Senior Community Relations Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to grow referral sources in the community to assist the enrollment team to meet or exceed enrollment goals. This position carries a reduced enrollment caseload to provide marketing and outreach activities. Responsibilities:Assists with the development and implementation of effective marketing, outreach and communication strategies to successfully drive engagement within the ESP referral community.Provides supervision to Enrollment Specialists in the absence of Marketing Director including oversite, workflow management, interfacing with other ESP departments and ongoing training.Assists with the Marketing Plan development especially focusing on new referral types/ sources.Promotes ESP through networking, outreach, and presentations to community groups.Develops effective relationships with referral sources to communicate the benefits of referring clients to ESP.Assists with the development and implementation of strategies to overcome referral barriers and identify potential new ESP referral sources.Assists with the planning, organization and execution of marketing activities including events, health fairs, trade shows, community meetings etc.Effectively enrolls potential members, which includes coordinating and participating in all aspects of the enrollment assessment process. Must be able to travel in a timely manner to meet with applicants and/or referrals in their homes or off-site offices in the Mattapan and Brockton catchment areas. Requirements:Bachelors degree preferred or 7-10 years of related sales experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, community outreach, and/or consultative sales, of which 1-3 years are in Healthcare and or Elder Care Insurance industryComputer literacy (Office 365 including Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word) and experience with CRM softwareExcellent organizational and time management skillsKnowledge and experience with geriatric and social service referral community is a plusComfortable working with diverse communities and diverse social-economic groups across the service areaAptitude for assisting with the developing and implementing strategiesFamiliarity with non-profitsProven experience cultivating and building relationships in the communityExcellent communication, public speaking, presentation, creative and problem-solving skillsBilingual English and Spanish/Cape Verdean or Haitian Creole, 5 plus years of experience working with a Geriatric population preferredMust be able to travel between multiple sites in a timely mannerAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.
