MEP Project Manager (Lexington)

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager with over 10 years of construction experience to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes on large-scale commercial and/or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, organized, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders while delivering high-quality work safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all MEP aspects of the project lifecycle, from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate design reviews, procurement schedules, and installation sequences with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams Lead MEP subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and scope alignment Manage project schedules, budgets, and change orders related to MEP systems Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety standards, and project specifications Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues Work closely with the superintendent and field teams to ensure alignment between design and construction Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management and clients Requirements: 10+ years of MEP construction experience, with proven project management track record Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial or infrastructure projects Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
