The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of financial analyses, conducting due diligence, and developing marketing materials for a variety of transactions. This role also involves managing client interactions, leading marketing efforts, and actively participating in the recruiting and training of junior professionals. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic, a commitment to the growth of the firm, and a leadership role in the middle market. Key duties for the Vice President include managing and reviewing the work of junior investment banking professionals, supporting Managing Directors in marketing, business development, and deal execution, and overseeing the preparation of various financial and marketing documents. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting, a minimum of 7 years of professional work experience, and at least 4 years of direct transaction experience, preferably within investment banking or a related financial vertical. The candidate should have a FINRA Series 7/79 and 63, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have strong financial modeling, research, and analysis skills. Superior organizational, time management, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to travel as needed.
