The Vice President will also be responsible for overseeing collections and member support operations, driving innovation, compliance, and operational excellence, and managing cross-functional teams to improve performance. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a master's degree preferred, and at least six years of experience in lending and collections, including a minimum of three years in a senior management position. A successful track record in strategic planning, growth, and team leadership is essential, as is a strong knowledge of lending and collections regulations, risk management, and industry best practices.
