The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of all financial activities related to the portfolio. This includes leading process improvements, implementing automation, and collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance portfolio analysis and reporting capabilities. The role also involves providing critical insights to support portfolio management and guarantee precise internal and external reporting. Applicants for this senior leadership position must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in investment accounting, with at least 7 years in a managerial capacity. A qualified accountant with a CA, CPA, CMA, CGA, or ACA designation is required. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of investment accounting, U.S. GAAP, and regulatory compliance, and a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams. Experience with a variety of investment types, including fixed income, publicly-traded equities, privately-held equities, and alternative investments, is essential.
