The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing strategic plans that leverage the company's commercial and DoD brands. This includes the mentorship of the sales and marketing team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring consistent, long-term sales with a focus on reducing the risk of sales gaps. The VP will also be tasked with managing a direct and indirect sales team, working closely with cross-functional departments, and communicating effectively to balance revenue needs with operational capabilities. A key aspect of the role is the ability to work with leadership to optimize resource allocation and maintain a diversified customer portfolio. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales Operations and Strategy position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a relevant area, with an MBA preferred.
