The successful candidate will be responsible for a significant annual spend and will be tasked with developing and implementing sourcing strategies that align with the company's objectives. This role involves leading a procurement team, streamlining processes, and ensuring the quality and cost-effectiveness of goods and services. The Executive Director will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining supplier relationships, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a business discipline, with an MBA or master's degree preferred, and a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) certification is also preferred. A minimum of 10 years' sourcing experience at a Director level, particularly in the areas of food and beverage and general goods and services, is required. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in building and managing a procurement department, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead change management programs.
