The successful candidate will be a key HR representative, advancing the company's strategy to support community hospitals and driving operational excellence. This critical role involves ensuring alignment with market business plans, providing consultative support on human capital matters, and leading initiatives in employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, and diversity and inclusion. The role also includes direct and indirect supervisory responsibilities and the expectation to foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and a commitment to the company's values. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 5-8 years of related work experience in HR and supervisory/management roles.
