The successful candidate will be responsible for managing scholarships, gifts, and endowment stewardship, as well as providing major support to the President. This role involves the development and implementation of various fundraising strategies, including solicitation, direct mail efforts, and special events. The VP will also oversee a team of office directors, manage the divisional budget, and ensure the effective leadership and performance of the staff within the Advancement unit. Applicants for the VP of Institutional Advancement/Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or more than 10 years of related experience and/or training. The role requires a deep understanding of the organization's mission, principles, and regulations, as well as the ability to perform professional-level administrative and financial projects.
