Responsibilities also include championing franchisee onboarding, coaching, and development to fuel network growth and franchisee success. The candidate should be prepared to drive major projects, including a tech platform refresh, national marketing campaigns, and AI-enabled enhancements, and be committed to improving systems, aligning revenue streams, and enhancing team integration for long-term scalability and operational excellence.
