The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Department Chairs to ensure the achievement of operational and financial goals that align with the academic and clinical mission. This role is pivotal in deploying contemporary models of care, meeting budgetary targets, and fostering exceptional levels of patient service and financial sustainability. The Executive Director will be responsible for the day-to-day management of operations, strategic planning, and collaboration with various departments to drive performance and growth. Mentoring staff, developing strong relationships with physicians and leadership, and maintaining a culture of collaboration and excellence are also key aspects of the position. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of 7 years' operational experience in a healthcare setting, preferably within an academic practice.
