About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President, Brand Executive to lead the brand strategy and execution for a portfolio of commercial assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning short-term performance with long-term asset value, owning brand performance, and leading commercial planning and go-to-market strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in brand leadership and launch planning, as well as a proven track record in brand strategy, commercialization, and lifecycle management. The Vice President, Brand Executive will also be instrumental in driving investment and resource allocation decisions across the portfolio, shaping long-term commercial direction, and partnering cross-functionally to guide decisions. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' of progressive commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a focus on brand leadership. Strong financial acumen, the ability to manage P&L, and experience in cross-functional matrix environments are essential. The role demands a leader with excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and resource prioritization skills, as well as a Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred). The Vice President, Brand Executive will be expected to have strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills, and to be adept at using data to influence strategic investments and brand performance. The position is pivotal in representing commercial interests in governance meetings and decision gate reviews, and the candidate should be prepared for occasional travel to other company offices and field locations.
